Satellite Paging

Salcom’s Satellite Paging system is operational across New Zealand and is being used by Fire & Emergency New Zealand (FENZ) and Ambulance New Zealand. The network is hosted by Salcom in Christchurch, NZ.

 

Each downlink site requires a Salcom 15-88-0000 Satellite Decoder, interfaced with a 12-62 Transmitter.

Each Decoder allows the addition of an almost limitless number of Pagers onto the network, which are assigned to registered User organisations. Each Decoder can enable multiple organisations to use the network.
